Unorganized Management From: ADV95 Date posted: 9/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   Management staff seems nice enough, but it all boils down to their inadequacies. The property is very pretty and has great amenities, but the management staff ruins all the good it offers. "Misplaced" files, packages and checks. I lived there for 3 years and I can't tell you the number of neighbors who complained about the very same issues. And don't expect help from the management company -- "Equity is the largest residential management company in this area, so we must be doing something right." (their words, not mine) *Mental note to self: avoid Equity properties in the future.*
