We have lived here for almost 2 years and the first year was great. The last 10 months the crime (mostly breaking into cars) has increased, the apt complex changed hands and multitude of undesirable people have moved in. I have no clue but I think this complex is becoming government funded. I have noticed that the grounds and pool area are not kept up as well. A matter of fact, my godson had to have glass removed from his feet after getting in the pool area not too long ago. We have missed many a night s sleep due to parties or alarms on cars going off. Any reviews of praise from other reviews are probably because they moved up from previous apartment living, partiers, really young or are getting some of the assistance I mentioned above. Also, watch out for rent increases as we have been hit pretty hard each time our renewal has come up plus you MUST have home/apartment insurance to live here (not renters insurance). I will give praise to the maintenance staff as we have never even waited 24 hours to have our issues address and fixed. The location is great but I would recommend you look into other options. Perfect timing as it is 6:16AM on a Saturday morning and another car alarm just went off!

I think it's funny to hear people complain about THE GATES TO THE MAIL BOX...most homes don't have locks or gates...people will complain about anything...the management office is was wonderful in this situation and gave out notices ( My neighbors and I got ours...and the notes about the code changes ) I LOVE my apartment, I've been here for 5 years!

Thanks for the input but this place has many more issues than just the mailboxes and to have survived 5 years you must be just lucky or crazy. I had to miss work time to get my mail each week for almost 6 weeks as it took them that long to replace mine and 24 other people???s mailbox that was broken into. The post office only stays open until 5 and you didn't consider how many people may have lost their identities due to the theft. I was one of the lucky ones.
