Before considering living in these apartments, I would be very aware that they are independently owned, which means the staff and landlords do not have to abide by the Texas Renter's Association - which basically means they can get away with treating their tenants VERY poorly - which they did to me.

Hidden Lakes was a suitable place to live at first, but soon the staff proved themselves to be very uncoopartive and not helpful AT ALL. Maintenence requests took weeks to answer. I also had horrible neighbors who constantly filed FALSE complaints against me for prejudice reasons - they would file noise complaints when I wasn't even in town! Also, whenever I would have visitors, the neighbors would harass them as well. But whenever I would file a complaint against those same neighbors who had a habit of fighting loudly in the middle of the night - they were not answered or even responded to by the staff. Predjudice to it's upmost extreme.

It's just not a safe or welcomed enviroment to live in.

**EDIT - I just read the review below mine and it seems we are both complaining about the tenants in Apt #1018...apparently the staff has STILL failed to acknowledge that this ex-frat boy and his wife/gf are horrible tenants and are a nightmare to live next to or around.

Once again, the person who posted this lived here illegally and was kicked out. The person only lived here for 2 months.
