Well, I have read the reviews and I am unsure what I should say other than give personal experiences and let you decide. It is quite noisy as we have a bottom floor apartment so we hear every movement upstairs..including but definitely not limited to every flush of the toilet, washing clothes, and showering.. Also, any noise outside seems to be amplified and comes right in our apartment. This is my first time to live in an apartment, so I only assumed it was somewhat normal.. My biggest gripe would be the parking availability- or the lack thereof. I have an infant so it is difficult to even get groceries if my husband is at work because I may have to park great distances from our front door. My other complaint is that I called the office about 2 or 3 times about getting covered parking and each time they have failed to return my call. The person I spoke with even apologized because she forgot to return my call, took my name and number to surely return my call this time..and I have yet to receive a call back. That was probably a month ago or so. The thing is that I think we are like the only people here without pets! I have nothing against animals, I love them, actually. I just don't like having to dodge poop all the time (and having to keep my child from playing in it!) when I don't have pets myself.. oh and we also got a nice little terd present on our front porch yesterday..pet owners should really use leashes.. Overall, we felt that we got a pretty good deal on our rent for a few minor set backs. Also, we gained the knowledge that the apartment life is not for us permanently. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a pretty nice apartment at a lower cost than most..
