Lots of young, immature, annoying, LOUD people live here. Don't ever expect a quiet night. Management was OK until we tried to move out; then they tried to "nickel and dime" us for every single thing they possibly could. It is a well-kept, nice property, but other than that, I have nothing nice to say, and would not recommend them.

I've also heard that the cost of rent has been jacked way up since Monarch took over, and I'm sure it is not at all worth it.

i completely agree. i'm a resident, living here for 2 years now, i cannot wait to get out of this place. if they took our complaints seriously i might feel differently, but parking on the street has gotten unbearable.

When I renewed my lease, they tried to increase the rent more than 20%. I had to negotiate just to bring it down to an increase of only 15%. I've had several problems since living here and trying to file a complaint with the property management company gets you no where. In fact the lady was very rude just like the office staff. She basically refused to officially file the complaint.
