they promised us a washer and dryer, two weeks free, and $200 move-in. they only gave us the $200 move-in and didn't let us know until we came in to sign the lease. our leasing consultant also signed me up for electric but didn't let me know. i didn't find out till i got a $300 bill because the company charged me a cancellation fee when i had switched over my electric. they also don't put down sand on the steps or sidewalk during ice overs unless you request it. but they don't tell you that upfront. i live on the secoud floor with my 5 month old son and slipped twice going down the steps while holding him. so when i heard it was going to ice over the second time i called the day before to make sure there something on the steps. there wasn't any the next day. i called them that morning to put it out because i was going to be leave with my son and didn't want to slip again. the assistant mgr. was looking up to see if it was in their policy! anyways they never did put anything on the steps or sidewalk. i called them a total of 4 times and i fell twice but thank god i didn't have my son with me!

If I was you I would do something about that even though it happened a while back. That is potentially endangering a resident and you have the right to live in a safe and danger free apartment complex. If something happened again I would raise some hell.
