Great curb appeal, bad management.

I loved the layout and view. The pool area is quite beautiful as well. We would like to have stayed but the management was horrible.
You will get nickled and dimed for everything. (ie: if you want a button to open the gate, it's extra.) There's no mail box to send out, you have to leave it in the office's "out" box. The gym is not open 24 hours. Maintenance is slow. We had a leaky window and it wasn't fixed for a month and a half. We had to have friends check it during a storm while we were on vacation.
During our year stay we saw a high turn-over rate with office personnel. We were often treated rudely or scoffed at by the manger. I know this sounds unbelievable, but each time we had to deal with the office, the paper work or request got lost or had incorrect information on it.
Keep copies of EVERYTHING and get them to sign it.
Don't depend on them to "take care" of anything. You have to be very pro-active.

Even though the pool looks beautiful, it is very dirt 90% of the time. Usually a dark green color. In the two years I lived there I only saw the water blue a handful of times.
Front office staff are awful, I was also treated rudely and scoffed at.
MY PAPERWORK GOT LOST ALSO!!! wow.

This review hits dead on. The staff are very rude. They will make promises and never follow through. They make more errors and mistakes than government paper-pushers. When they tell you they will call back, it never happens. You have to call them and constantly follow up. The pool is usually filthy. When I signed the lease, it must have been a rare day it was cleaned. I have yet to swim there because the pool is always dirty.

Wow... yeah, sorry about the leaky window, but try a leaky ceiling... in 4 different places. We have been making complaints on leaks all over since last September and it took them until JUNE to finally get the problem fixed for real. This is, of course, after we had mold rotting through our walls. We had the same issue with all requests being "lost". The office staff is incredibly rude, as stated. Once time I called about a leak that was practically pouring in our bathroom and the office girl kept arguing with me that they didn't need a work order because it was simply the air conditioning... never mind the fact that it only poured like that when it was raining! The inside of the apartment looks nice... but this apt is a real pain to live in. We can't wait until our lease is up!!!

Everyone these complaints are too many in such little time have you noticed? Every review here has been in the past few months. This place is like living in a dumpster. I would rather live in a less nice apartment but have amazing personnel in the office. There has to be something seriously wrong with this management for this many problems to be going on. I thought it was only me or that I was being too demanding but they treat us residents like crap! We are the ones who supply their income. Without us they have no jobs.
