the staff at this complex is severely in need of lessons in good service skills. they are inept at problem solving and attempt to resolve issues with apologies and not actions. though there is security on site after hours, there are still many teens and young adults here that find it appropriate to jump fences and drink by the pool, meanwhile shrieking as though they are banshees.also due to the fact that there are late night partiers, the pool, though beautiful is often littered with trash on weekends. maintenance orders do not appear to be able to be resolved in a timely fashion(re: 1 to 2 days). parking can be frustrating as well if you should arrive home late in the evening or throughout weekends due to the amount of guests invited or otherwise that hang out at the pool. even though trash pick up is a definite convenience. they do not allow trash to be set even in your own balcony area. i have an upgraded apartment with new appliances and wood floors. however, the cabinetry is still the same as regular units and aesthetically do not match the stainless steel appliances. the model unit features a different style of cabinetry though i was informed that it would be the same. the toilet in the bathroom is also visibly older and takes away from the aesthetics there as well. admittedly, i was attracted to the great special they had when i signed the lease, however, in retrospect i would've paid extra at other complexes to not have to deal with the frustrations i'm feeling now.

I agree. The staff are inept at problem solving, parking is awful. Lot of good info in this review. I'm not sure what great deal they had, but I was paying about the same as Amsbury and some others.

Totally agree! Parking is horrible and the staff seem like they don't know what their doing.(especially the assistant manager)

Crap rolls downhill. The manager's attitude has been adopted by the assistant manager. BOTH are supposed to call me back about some major issues and have failed to call back. I've called several times and am told each time, "oh, i'm sending an email right now to have them call you..."...guess what folks?!? STILL WAITING! I'm at the point where I'm calling every other day and I still can't reach either of them.

Definitely agree... the staff here is horrible. We have dealt with so many issues and often call back a few days after placing work orders only to find that the nitwit who took our call previously didn't even note anything about why we called!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone

I agree also. I have lived here for over 3 years and the management when I got here was supurb. That was equity residental. The one after was a little less friendly but they did try. The management now was literally hired with no previous work experience! It seems like it at least! They have no customer service skills and are so disorganized. You call to get something fixed and they say they will take care of it... 6 months later you still have a broken dishwasher! Come on now. I don't think anything will solve this until management takes a hike and someone else buys this property. I cant wait to move. If I could pay to break the lease I would but since I can't I will just suffer like everyone else.
