I have lived here for about 2 months. The maintenance staff is really good - they always fix what you ask and are normally pretty quick about it.
However, I have several complaints:
*Never sent me a water bill and then told me that it was late.
*Front entrance gate code is never changed, so pretty much anyone can get in.
*There is a serious shortage of parking.
*The pool was closed about half of the time this summer.
Traffic on 820 and Rufe Snow is an absolute nightmare.
