My lease is about to be up and can't wait to get out of here. if you're going to live here, sign a 6 months lease and all THIS I'm writing is true. There's no PARKING in front of your unit. The garage is an extra 100 bucks on top of your rent. They have lowered the rent to attract new renters, so nothing but young rude neighbors who party all thru the night and sit out on their balcony and talk at 2am while everyone's else is trying to sleep.I've been there a yr and I've had 3 NEW neighbor WITHIN 9 MONTHS. They stay their 1 MONTH FREE and move out!! HAHA. The staff is so unorganized,All WHITE TRASH STAFF who they got from CRAIGSLIST!!!! The only cable company you can use is IGYNITION, they will charge you 18.99 for the regular local channels which are FREE elsewhere. Last month the power was out and they couldn't open the gate for about 30 minutes. Think if there was an EMERGENCY how would the tenants get out'''' NO EMERGENCY evacution plans''' I wouldn't want em to run any business.

We moved out of Hidden Lakes and decided to try their sister property across the street, The Ranch. So far, so good. The property is newer and their are no parking problems, like at Hidden Lakes. At The Ranch, you can go with AT&T for internet/TV service if you want. We had to use Ygnition at Hidden Lakes and their service sucked. We were always calling a technician to come out and fix the connections. So, don't waste your time at Hidden Lakes, but give The Ranch a try.
