I have been at Hidden Lakes for 4 years now. When I first moved in back in 01/06, it was a very nice establishment under Equity Homes but then they were bought out in early 2008 and it has gone down hill ever since.

They have changed office managers at least 4 times that I know of in the last year so that should say something for itself. Then once you're in, don't expect to get any help from them after that because the new leases will always take precedence. They do not bother maintaining a good repoire with their tenants once they have them. They obviously lowered their standards in tenants as well because the new tenants now trash the place between the gym room, the pool area, and the dog feces.

I would agree with most of the comments below that the apartments are spacious and reasonably priced but its a small price to pay for a nice place to live. I won't compromise on that !!

I would no longer recommend this place to anyone !!
