great service and community but a little drafty

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
these apartments would have been great except the water bill is outrages compared to all my other places..double. The apartments are well kept and the staff and maintenance are great but its not that well made. I can have the heater on 80 to 85 and still have to keep a blaket out due to the draft on the floor. What you dont pay for the apartment you make up on the water and electric at this place.
