After all, this is an apartment we are talking about, not your own home. There will always be noise and those pesky neighbors that don't want to follow the rules. I have lived here for about 6 months, and I have no complaints. I have pretty high standards of where I want to live, and I pay a good chunk of money to live here at this community. I can say that noise really isn't an issue. I live on the second floor so that means there is someone above and below me....I guess I must just be blessed with good neighbors because there are never any instances when I even know when they are home, and my downstairs neighbor says the same about me. So for those of you who feel these apartments are built cheap OBVIOUSLY have not lived in an apartment before and are used to the silence of their own home. The staff are responsive, if I ever need anything they seem to want to help and at least try and that is all that I ask as a renter. I plan to buy a home and this place has a really good rent to buy option something like 20% of my rent goes toward a house so that is cool. I have moved 12 times in the past 4 years and this place is so far the most quiet small and decent place to live..if you don't believe me, go there yourself.
