I lived there for a year and it wasn't bad.
I liked the workout room...very spacious and good equipment.
The apartment themselves were nice and I had a great view from my balcony of dowtown fort worth in the distance.
I lived in a 2 bedroom which I got a great deal on, but I tried to go back later and see what they had with 1 bedrooms, and they were way overpriced.
Overall, good place to live.

A sex offender by the name of Jason Guerro is using this address as his residence. If you don't believe me, then look it up in the national sex offender registry. He has been convicted of indecency with a 7 year old child. Management obviously didn't do a background check on this person and if I lived there I would be very mad. I hope that management is reading this.

A sex offender is not residing on the property as listed on the state website. The local police department researched the issue and it was enetered incorrectly by another police agency. The management staff was aware of the listing and brought it to the attention of police.
