Everyone that works in the office is an idiot and/or a liar. Don't live here, it's not worth it, on several levels.

I don't know about "Everyone that works in the office is an idiot and/or a liar" but the new management team are inept and often rude. We are thinking about moving just because of the staff. 1 is harsh though as I've experienced worse so I'd give them a 2.5 (4 with the old staff).

I viewed this property today and the office staff was all talking among themselves as I stood their and waited for 5 minutes. Finally someone who looked liked a manager came over and suggested that one of them help me. They seemed quite put out by having to show me an apartment. I definately got the feeling that they could care less whether I was a tenant or not. Considering the abundance of apartments off of Beach Street and the Fossil Creek area, these places should be bending over backwards to do everything they can to get tenants. Some of them have high vacancy rates as shown with the incentives they are offering. Rude staff aside, I didn't think they were worth the money for Haltom City. And the fact that is says right in the lease application that you MUST purchase renters insurance they clearly have an issue with break ins.

actually the renters insurance helped because when our apartment flooded the insurance covered the replacement of our things
