I've lived at the Ranch for 2 years and it's been an overall good experience. I lived on the 3rd floor and my neighbors next to me were very quite. Maintenance and office reps were very responsive to my needs. Negatives include sometimes water and trash bill can be a little high. If possible don't live on the 3rd floor unless you hire movers, the stair configuration can be a hassle and a work out. There is a bad ant problem in the complex. Being that I'm a single male, I didn't have any issue purchasing ant killer from Home Depot (Use every two weeks to keep them away). You can't leave a plate of food out on the counter for long periods of time. You must keep the counters and bath tub very clean to avoid the ants. There were a few car break ins on the property but Management was excellent about informing the residents that a break in had occurred. Finally depending were your apartment is (towards the front of the complex) parking is horrible unless you have cover parking for $25. I often had to walk the entire complex to my car. Also, the access is always, I mean always broke. Overall, it's not a bad place to reside. It's by far not high end luxury but if you can get in on a Special I Highly recommend the Ranch.
