Can't Wait For My Lease To End

I have lived at these apartments for over 2 years and have multiple problems with their service. The first year I lived here I had an infestation of scorpions and spiders. My apartment also flooded causing mold to grow in my closet at this time the property was owned by the Equity management company. They sent maintenance out to fix the water damage on the walls and the closet carpet but said there was nothing they could do about the cracks in the walls. I also had a constant problem with someone parking in my car port spot that I pay for monthly. The office said they would tow the cars but never did. I would come home from a late night at work and would have to park far away from my apartment. The other residents do not pick up after their dogs and do not obey the leash laws required by Haltom City. I have had repeated difficulty since the new management company took over having maintenance take care of anything. My kitchen drawer broke and after calling multiple times for three days with each individual that answered the phone telling me they had no record of my previous calls I finally had my dad come fix the drawer for me. Today, I called the office several times telling them there was a tarantula in my breezeway after finally getting someone to come out they just shooed it under the stairs. I then called the office back and asked if they could send someone out to actually kill the huge spider they said they would come out again and never did. When my fiancee attempted to take my puppy out to the bathroom he opened the door to find the tarantula sitting on my door mat. I called the emergency maitenance number to get no response. Finally, my fiancee called his brother to bring something over to kill it. Also, a neighbor found a water moccasin in his garage last night and he has children. This is not the way I expect an apartment complex to treat their residents.
