I had not even moved in here yet., but I most certainly would not now or never and do not recommend this complex to anyone., 3 days before my scheduled move, I am notified that I have not been approved., C'mon I was already told i was approved and changed my electricity acct and phone to new apt., now they tell me in order to be approved I have to come up with a whole months rent as deposit., BULL!!!!! I have a family of 4 with 2 kids, 4yrs old and 6 wks old., now I have 3 days to find a new apartment that will take us in with their Specials since we don't have all that money to come up for rent and deposit., Most UNORGANIZED MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER SEEN....for the leasing agent to say all you have to pay is $99 to move in and then to give you your new addy so you can change over your utilities and then back out on you and change the requirements, flat out is BULL $%#@......
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY., They are very unreliable and unprofessional., Also there are big wholes in parking lot and so say they have been there for years and never fixed., run down, old stinky apts., and poor poor mangement., if you do go there by some chance, DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED, WATCH OUT FOR TRACY AND CHRISTIE., they are something else to deal with.,
