Reading all of the above reviews of Spring Lake Apartments has compelled me to write in. The community has changed as well as the staff numerous times, but with the intentions of making each of our lives better. I do not know what the situations were to diminish the hard work of so many, but I can guarantee that the current staff(including maintenance) has done a terrific job over my stay here at Spring Lake. The apartments offer so many amenities such as a fishing lake, two swimming pools, and many more that make our community one of the few that can boast on having neighbors that have lived here for over 15 years.

Are you a part of the staff? Do not mislead anyone into thinking this apartment complex is nice. It is not safe, the apartments are not insulated against water very well, and the staff (especially the maintenance) is incompetent. The lake that you are referring to is polluted and the grounds around it are not kept up very well.
