From 406 & 606: We are sorry your stay was so horrible, but honestly since you are so quick to encourage violence (throw beer bottles at people)you yourself shouldn't be here. We are better off with you gone, thank you for doing Springlake a favor. The staff here is always prompt to fix anything requested and some of the sweetest women and men you'll ever know, they will work with you as long as you are doing your part. They are constantly working hard. We are thankful for Springlake and are saddened that people like you are given a chance to lease a nice home and end up abusing the priviledge. Good writtens...

may i just say that you clearly are dilusinal if you think yall do a good job.. How do you sleep at night knowing that your tenants have to stay in roach and rat infested apt. with electrical porblems out the rear, water damage..., balcony and stairs rottin out from under your feet and we complain and complain and it takes weeks for yall to even return a phone call so please take your self off your high horse and look around yall are a terrible apt complex and i can't wait to move out cause this place is the worst place i've ever lived!

Then move out by all means, you are the dilusinal pessimistic one, without a doubt. Clearly, you must be miserable, I'm sure even if you move you will be miserable. Do you not understand that you aren't the only person that needs assistance, these are older apartments but for the most part they are taken care of. Report a problem, and it will be fixed, if it isn't fixed to your satisfaction then call again, the staff will gladly assist you. If you still aren't happy then move out, go away with your negative self, go hide under a rock.
