Having experienced the horror that is Springlake, if you are looking for apartments in Haltom City, LOOK ELSEWHERE! The management is unattentive, uncaring, and unprofessional. No one who works in the office at Spring Lake lives on the property. What does that tell you! We experienced several thefts while living there and the noise, filth, and crime is overwhelming. DO NOT LIVE IN SPRING LAKE APARTMENTS unless you want to be kept up every night by noise, awakened by gunshots, deal with roach infestation,have to park one mile away from your apartment, and be treated badly by the very people you are paying. I am grateful for this online service and wish I had read these reviews before I chose to live in this horrible environment.
