Me and my wife lived there about a year. In that time frame, we bombed the apartment twice for roaches and i personaly caught 11 rats, not kidding. But I will say one thing... if you show up at the office holding 2 self caught, dead rats, the managment is much nicer. And our a/c cut out in the middle of summer. It was 105 degrees outside, and it took them a week to fix the a/c, and even then, it ran constantly to cool the place barely below 80.
