Spring Lake Apartments

Good experience From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I have lived here for over two years. I luckily live in one of the Cul-de-sac areas and I haven't had any problems. I haven't had any roach issues either and thank goodness no rats. If I ever have an issue with the apartment, they have always shown up the next day to fix it. The staff has always been kind to me and have never avoided a maintenance call. Although, living in apartments is not the ideal scenerio, it tends to attract people of small incomes thus causing many of the problems stated in the below comments. I have recommmended this apartment complex to many people who feel the same way I do. If you pay your rent on time, trust me, everyone treats you better.
