Want to know what a real apartment should look like' Don't look here. Unless you look at the brand new building that replaced the one that burned to the ground killing one person. They probably won't let you look at those because they are modern, clean, and bug free. Maybe that is why nobody lives in them. They do face the swamp too, so that might be a reason. I'm attaching pictures of the black mold in my apartment and the outside of the building where there has been one(there are SEVERAL around the complex) broken/misplaced railroad tie for the last 5 years. I kid you not. 5 years. It would probably take less than 30 minutes to place it back in its spot and stake it down. Please check out the pictures.

Thank God they changed owners I can see the diffrence already! They got people cleaning off there balconies the pool is getting better treatment, cars are getting towed if parked in residentsn parking w/out a permit. The manager is evicting all the crack heads and they are about to band drinking alchol in the pool so that the drunk adults dont act like fools in front of our kids. So I guess this is good bye to all the wierdo's living here. So if you want a good affordable home here is the place to come I know we had a fire but so did Emerald Park that dont make it a bad place it happends so I do recomend renters insurance anywhere you go.

This response is ridiculous especially about the fire. Yeah, some other complex had a fire. So what. Our fire was started over some drug deal gone bad AND a 21-year old died in the process.

One more thing also about the rent checks getting stolen i even dropped mine off Friday when the office was open and they left it out to get stolen! Also they wont even use the money to get an alarm they would rather spend the money on a web page to have the renters pay there rent online THANKS! I cant wait to move only a couple more months

I handed my check to one of them in the office and mine was stolen also! I kept telling them I didnt put mine in the drop box, and she didnt listen to me because at the end of the call she tells me next time to be safe just hand it in person to someone in the office. Im like hello thats what I did last time. I dont know that just really sounds funny to me.

Well you must have not lived here when Tracy was the Office Manager. We always got a monthly news letter on the door. But now we get nothing. We use to have swim parties in the summer with door prizes along with a Christmas Party as well. But no more. And just why did the new Office Manager fill the hot tub up with concrete? And the new Office Manager does not care just how many people live in a 1 bedroom apartment as long as the rent is paid. By law the maximum people that can live in a 1 bedroom apartment is 2 ONLY. But I have 2 apartments in my building that has 5 in one apartment (2 adults and 3 children) and another that has 5 grown men living in another one with no electricity above me that makes more noise by trying to find their way around in the dark.
