I have lived at Springlake apts since July 2006. I unfortunately had to be relocated due to apt fire..Not the complex fault though..I was very quickly relocated to a big much nicer apt within the complex for the same rent as the one I was previouly in. I have had a minor bug issue but the apartment was always there to professionally spray when need be. The Staff are pleasant and are helpful when issues arise. However, Do not get Charter Cable if u decide to mover here. The cable boxes are broken into and your cable will get turned off in the process. Parking was always an issue do to people having two many vehicles and not enough spaces. The wrecker company will tow your vehicle or anybody elses they can find without a sticker... Some vistor spots are marked and if a vistor parks in a spot that is not clearly marked "vistor" than it will be towed and it will cost 250 dollars to get it back. The maintence staff are very knowledgeable and johnny on the spot when things are not right...The complex is somewhat old but for the price it is a good deal. stay away from the back cause the parking can get hectic during later hours...(no spots available).
