the staff are ignorant, unfriendly, and poorly mannered. i would not recommened this so called "apartment" atmosphere to any one who is not a prostitute. the office staff are brutes who do not know what they are doing. they do not make their tennants feel comfortable nor welcome. they charge way too much for an alleged "nice" apartment, when in reality its a broken vicinity from West Side Story. do not bring pets to the apartment. they say they are welcomed, but the fee is outrageous. in sum, this is a gruesome, appalling, and dreadful environment.
