What is wrong with you people who have nothing better to do than to slam someone that you don't even know.
You need to get a life or find something useful with your time.
Don't even live at this apartment complex but would make me want to check this place out. Usually when someone slams someone else like this they are extremely jealous of something.

I'm not sure of jealousy for perception is a powerful thing. It's true that the wife can in fact be less than pleasant at times but who isn't (at times)? This complex does not operate under the TAA so the best advice is to read your paperwork before you sign.
