I lived in Warren Inn for 3 months. The employees in the office were just no nice and wonderful when I was filling out the application and paying to move in. Once I moved it they did a total 180. My apartment was directly behind the office. I was gone for 4 days and it was broken into. Someone took enough time to try to pry the door open with something. The pry indentions in frame and door were a good two feet long. They finally gave up on that I guess and went to window prying it out and breaking it and when they left after taking everything they left the door open. It was that way for a day or more. I lived in the effencies and people are coming and going at all times and very close to one another. Yet not a single person so anything at all. Filed a police report and they totally covered my only window with plywood, never fixed the door, also the TV which was furnished with the apt was stolen too. I got told that all the TV's they had even in the vacant apartments could not be put in my room because they belonged in the room they were in. No consideration or appologies or even an offer to switch apartments so I would feel safer were ever given to me by the management. After calling every other day for a month asking when my they would fix the window and when I would get another TV in the "fully furnished" apartment that I was paying for. I had explained to them that with my windows being boarded over I felt closed in and uncomfortable. Eventually after a month I had to threaten to not pay rent to get anything done. Amazing that same day Labor Day a holiday even I had a TV and my window was fixed. The Manager was a total A** the whole time. In the things that were stolen was my laptop that was for work with all my work information and programs. That put me behind on work because I woked from home. The next month I was short on rent and explained to them it was because of the robbery and that my work materials were all stolen. They did not even try to understand. After only a week late they put a lock on my door and locked me out of my apartment with all what was left of my belongings inside. By law when I asked to be let back into my apt. rent paid or not they have to let you back in. I was told no and then they denied telling me no. So I went and stayed with a friend for a week and called them everyother day to let them know I was trying to get the rest of what I needed for rent. After a week of being locked out and calling 3 times to tell them was trying they told me that my apt. was considered abandoned and they had entered my place and was packing it. It was far from abandoned they locked me out and would not let me back in. When I had moved in I brought my own couch and loveseat, a $2000 designer set and when I went to get my belongings my loveseat was just GONE. The place was tore apart and turned upside down, things thrown all over the place hardly anyroom to even walk. When I left the day they locked me out the room was spotless. They'd taken everything out of the fride food and all and just threw it in trash bags with my dishes breaking a lot of my glass things and also put other things such as clothes and paperwork. You could tell and smell that they had done this couple days before. Ruining anything that was in the bags with the food.
So that is my story of living at the Warren Inn. They talked down to almost immidiately after moving in when I had a question about anything. It was like I was scum and they were royalty. After having my security shattered and things I'd worked hard to replace, after a bad relationship where he either lost, destroyed, broke or stole everything to once more be violated again by my own apartment complex. Then to have them take even more of what very little I had left in this world. Also not to even offer to move me apartments when there were several vacant, or even put an effort to understand, appologize, care or fix or replace anything that was taken. Then I get a bill where they charged me $25 for every trash bag they said that they filled and for the headboard that was broken by the theives, replacement of the locks, yet I handed the manager the key when they let me in to get my things. A full months rent when I was only not even two weeks late. So now there is a collection on my credit of almost $900 that I refuse pay EVER. That collection has made it difficult to find another apartment. It is the only thing on my credit that is bad. I lived in my previous apartments for 7 years only reason I moved is because they were closing the complex down.
So if you choose to live there have fun with the bad management, the drug dealers and all the other unwanted that live there too.

Any complex that is "ALL BILLS PAID" and you move there you are just asking for trouble.
Bite the bullet, pay the debt, fix your credit and move into a nice apartment.
