We have lived at the Warren Inn for awhile now. It is so peaceful and quiet. The staff in all areas are great and nice. I would highly recommend living here. My son now lives here and we love it. The office works with you on any demand and the grounds are always kept clean.

I would say that the person that wrote this response must work for the apartment complex. I have not had any positive experiences living here for the past year. Almost every day the Haltom City Police are here attending to something that has happened. After I moved in I read a news article about someone getting murdered in the same building I live in about a month before I moved here. This place is fine for someone like me, but I would not ever recommend this place for women or children. I have a pistol permit and always have my gun ready for someone that breaks in. I also have a motion detecting security camera that records movement pointed at my door and window. I have had people that work for the complex come and look in the window when I'm not home and mess with the door handle. I changed the locks right away when I moved in. There is a major problem with roaches and other insects here. Whenever maintence has been needed they have never worked around my schedule. I have never given anyone permission to enter my apartment without me being present, because I don't want anything stolen from me. Because of this and the fact that they can't enter my unit without breaking the door or window and being recorded doing it, they are very rude to me. I plan on moving out of here in the summer. I think unless you take precausions like I have to keep yourself safe and make sure nothing gets stolen without video recording the person doing it, that it would not be a good idea to live here.

I do not work for the complex, i have lived here for about a year, saftey has NEVER been a problem, I dont know where you live, but I have lived in several different areas on the property, and never had any problems. Maintenance, ALWAYS works around MY schedule, as my husband works nights and sleeps most of the day. The only problem that I have had, is the fact that you can hear the loud bass from your neighbors apartments. Some of the staff is young in the office and is rude, but I am pushing that aside as they dont have any customer service experience and will learn one day. The manager and maintenance supervisor has gone out of their way for us. I guess if you dont mess with their property then you dont have problems. It is the warren Inn policy that they have to have a key to your place at all times for emergency purposes. and like I said, my son lives here too and he has NEVER had any issues. Police are at any property doing what we pay them for, If you live in the most expensive gated community, there are problems there too, so the best advice for any new renters is to call the local police department and ask them about crime in the area. Its todays society, not the property. its people like you why the world today is the way it is.
