Nasty infested Apts. with Bed Bugs I have seen them with my own eyes

They dont clean them that good and they have bed bugs. And they havent done anything to get ride of them and the mantience sucks. And the cleaning crew are very lazy and dont clean that good they do what has to be done and thats it. And cars get broke into.
