They will do nothing about the late night parties and loud music. I am a businessman and need to have Ranch at Fossil Creek 43% Recommended Apr 09 2008: I have been a resident since 2003, when it was new. I have changed apartments, to a larger apartment. I have seen 3 management companies since moving here. Problems with rodents( across from 2 fields) and scorpians. Staff is usually Hidden Lakes Apts 41% Recommended Apr 05 2008: I have lived at hidden lakes for about a year now and I love it!!! It is pricy to me. Parking is bad because you cant really get a spot right next or in front of your apartment and that Ranch at Fossil Creek 43% Recommended Mar 28 2008: Walls are thin - I can hear my neighbor get up 3 times during the night to relieve himself - too many parties on the weekend - kids urinating off the balconies. Can't wait to move. |
