Good deal - I lived there for 8 months while my husband was stationed at Fort Hood. They honored the military waiver with no problems. Parking is somewhat of a hassle if you have more then one car, but it is doable. Compared to what else I could find in the area it was much better, and much cheaper then anything else I looked at. decent apartment complex The management was receptive and friendly. Repairs were quick. Parking is adequate for residents (1 assigned spot) and guests (open parking behind assigned spots); I never had an issue with towing. Noise levels were normal for a complex of that size. Never used the pool

very unsafe parking lot first week here someone broke into my car. they punctured all the tires on a neighbors truck and poured sugar into the gas tank of another car. very unsafe for your car. staff is very rude. pool is often dirty.

sewer tank office staff very rude to the point of hostile. major vehicle crimes in parking lot. i moved in about 4 months ago and ive had nothing but problems break in, bugs,loud music at 4 am. absolutly no parking people always taking your spot. oh yeah almost forgot the pool is often very nasty
