AWESOME STARTER PLACE! GREAT FRIENDLY MANAGMENT From: texaslee Date posted: 7/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I USED TO LIVE IN THE MARYLAND APARTMENTS BEFORE I MOVED TO A HOME AND THE PLACE IS WELL KEPT. IT HAS A DECENT POOL, THE LAWNS ARE KEPT UP. THE MANAGER DEBBIE IS VERY CARING, KIND AND PROFESSIONAL. SHE DOES AN AWESOME JOB THERE AND ALWAYS HAS A FRIENDLY SMILE WHEN SHE ASSISTS YOU. I WOULD COMPLETELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR COUPLES JUST STARTING OUT, NEW DIVORCEES OR SINGLE PEOPLE. THE RENT IS DECENT AND BECAUSE THEY ARE OLDER APARTMENTS THERE IS MORE LIVING SPACE THAN IN THE NEW MODERN ONES. THERE IS A PARK ACROSS THE STREET, GROCERY STORES AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND EVEN A BAR AND GRILL NEARBY. THERE IS A SMALL LAUNDROMAT AND VERY FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS!!
