I just had to respond back after reading the 3 negative reviews. I wonder can the same person respond back 3 different times' I have lived here for 3 years now and have never had any problems with management, maintenance or pests. The apartment was nice & clean when I moved in and they have even volunteered to shampoo it after I renewed my lease. My neighbors are also professionals so we don't see much of each other except when working out, and I know they are all happy living here. I think it's ashame if anyone bases a move on what appears to me to be a previous resident with a gruge against management. I love it here, the grounds are clean, my apartment is nice and I have yet to have any problems with pests or management. They are professional and courteous. Sierra Apartments is definitely one of the nicer properties in Harlingen.
