Apartment features a spacious living area, an open-concept kitchen, washer/dryer unit, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (each accessible only from a bedroom). Staff is friendly, community is gated, a gym and computer room are accessible 24-hrs a day, the two pools are kept clean and are most times never occupied by more than one family. A few units come with car ports, although the majority of spaces are free-for-all with one assigned parking spot per apartment.
