These apartments are run down, we have cockroaches that will not go away, our windows leak air, our carpets were stained when we moved in, oh and there's dog poop everywhere. I will admit, the staff is great and they are making some renovations to the place (new outside stairways, fences, etc.), but overall the apartments are out dated! I would call them middle of the road for the Harlingen area.
