If you are thinking of renting here - look into a private house instead. The grounds are dirty and full of broken glass, rocks, dog poo and trash. The worst offenders tend to be the office and maintainence staff - who drive around in a golf cart and pick up the "trash they see" - slang for they don't get out of the cart! There has been a dog living on the grounds since Nov '08 but "the dog catcher can't find him." Really' He lives outside the office and can be found sunning himself there from 9-4 daily. Signing the lease was a joke - was told "I'll fill that in later" - who signs a blank contract' Tile floors - yup - peel and stick. Carpets - yup - laid down with CAULK and GLUE. Kitchen is awful - in-apartment laundry - while a great feature the machines are old and not dependable. Exercise room - half of the machines are broken or missing parts. Rules do not apply to management - they park their motorcycle on the sidewalk - a big no, no. No alcohol in the pool area - unless it is a private party for the manager's friends - and then they don't even need to use the garbage cans. NOT a TRUE gated community - the gate is broken more often than working.
