Wonderful Place to Live!! I lived at Oak Terrace for 2 years and was very sad to leave when I had to move this year! The complex is safe, quiet and the management is outstanding. Whenever I had a complaint to maintenance (which was relatively rare) I had a response within 30 mins to an hour.
