You can't ask for for a nicer office staff...very friendly and helpful. The grounds are extremely well kept. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. They are located in a wonderful area. Overall, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for an upperscale apartment.

I think this post was written by the office staff. They know they're in trouble and are most likely trying to hang on to their jobs. GET ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING IN WRITING.....and even then, be prepared to assert your rights under the lease you signed. They came up with a real doozy with us on the renewal lease 3 months after it was signed. We prevailed but it was tough.

Obviously you haven't been to the office very much. If you are looking for a professional and friendly office staff, run, don't walk to another one of the apartment complexes inside loop 1604.
