They called me on my phone (while they were inside my apartment) to see if I wanted MY shower head put up since they saw it laying on the counter.

I had put in a work order for a new shower head since the one on there was old and they saw I had my own shower head on the counter and took the initiative.

That was very good customer service if you ask me.

AND it was done within the 24 hours of submitting the work order.
