9/05 Office staff refused to open access gates for residents

In September 2005, under CURRENT management,
residents were given shortterm notice to obtain new gate access cards. Helotes Police Department called on number occasions to intervene in problem.

how can helotes p.d get involved if elm hollow is in bexar county's jurisdiction and not the city of helotes? you sure you have the rest of your facts straight?
