Since the change in office staff two months ago, Elm Hollow's office staff is very cordial and helpful. The previous staff was rude. I am so glad they made positive changes. Also, the security gate is now fixed and has not had any problems in a couple of months now since being fixed. It is a quiet community and the management cares about the property. Just recently they changed out ALL the unit's with satin nickel finish upgrades to light fixtures and faucets and put in white faux wood blinds on all the windows and berber carpet. It is just beautiful.
