Every negative thing that has been written about this place is TRUE!!!
The staff is the most incompetent staff you will ever meet! They are rude, condescending, and as far as I'm concerned they wait around for opportunities to screw you over!
The parking is ridiculous and they have admitted the complex only has enough spaces for 80% occupancy, but we are currently at 100%! It has gotten so bad that cars are parked at the curb all the way to the gate (which is a serious head-on car accident waiting to happen)!
The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet and it has a great floorplan. It's a great place to live if you never have to deal with Mgt. but unfortunately you will!

One thing they really need to do is put speed bumps in the driveways at this place. People tear through here like there is no tomorrow and it is very unsafe!! I actually did see a small boy get hit by a pickup truck inside this complex because the driver must have been doing at least 25 MPH. The speed limit is 10 MPH or less!!
