Dishonest and Disorganized!! DON'T RENT HERE!

If you haven't read already, the office staff and "bookeeping" are WAY below par! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! After we moved out they kept our entire deposit and said we owed an additional $150!! For what? They never provided an accounting of what they spent MY money on.
My husband went into the office on two different occasions and they couldn't find an invoice for the balance, let alone what it was for.
They then had a collection agency call us only months afterwards to collect the $150...
why? Because they didn't and couldn't answer our questions on where the almost $500 went, so they outsourced it to a collection agency that doesn't know anything other than you owe $150.
Bottom line: For the price, get a better rated apartment complex.
Elm Hollow is NOT worth the hassle! I wish I had these reviews when I was looking for an apt.
I would have stayed FAR away from this place!
