Office Staff is HORRIBLE Won't mention any names but the girl that calls you HUN is so rude. She is very snotty and not helpful at all. How could you live there with an Office Staff like that??? The manager can never be found and does not return phone calls.

Do not move here There is a lot of deception that occurs on a regular basis in the managment office to scam tenants out of money. They make it a regular practice to exploit tenants for extra money. Parking is horrible, and tenants have to park outside the gates. The gate cards rarely work and

Maintenance Staff is Excellent They called me on my phone (while they were inside my apartment) to see if I wanted MY shower head put up since they saw it laying on the counter. I had put in a work order for a new shower head since the one on there was old and they saw I had my own shower head on

If a cop likes to live here... This complex is very quiet, and everyone seems to be respectful. It is a great apartment complex to live at, in a great area. Believe me I have seen a lot of apartment complexes in my job as a cop in san antonio, and Elm Hollow is one of the nicest.
