Four Seasons

 

I moved in here in August 2005 and am currently still living here because my lease is signed for one year.

So here is my review...
First off the parking is terrible, there is one alotted parking spot per unit in the townhouse section then every few spots there is a "free" parking spot for anyone else, it is really stupid.

I live in the middle row and on the back is visitor parking and parking for anyone who doesn't have a spot.

So you have to park your car way on the other side.
Secondly there is no back door, washer dryer connection, or even a freaking doorbell on the units, its as if they were trying to make things as inconvienant as heavenly possible with these, there is however a wash room that is not heated nor cooled that you can go into and at least 2 of the washer/dryers will be out of order.
Thirdly everything in these units has been done as cheap as possible, mine doesn't even have ceiling fans in it.

all of the faucets leak, the handles are broken on most of them so you have to use a wrench to have hot water upstairs and cold water downstairs.

there was tons of rat feces in the bottom drawer in the kitchen, it's like they didn't even clean up the place before I moved in! There is a rat hole upstairs and on top of that within 3 months of living here the building's plumbing got backed up and the downstairs flooded!
Fourthly I am upset with the managers because they tagged one of my trucks to get towed because my registration is out but they didn't tag these two buicks sitting next to mine that have registration out and they have been sitting, unmoved for at least a month longer than my truck.
All in All these are pretty much the slums of Hewitt, as the other reviewer stated they will let pretty much anyone move in here, I strongly believe they do not do background checks.

At least once every night a police car drives through here and shortly after a tow truck does the same.

There is always noise from loud rap music or a mustang with no muffler driving around.

The walls are paper thin and I hear everything that goes on.

If you are looking for a townhouse in Hewitt I would strongly advise looking into Meadow Park which is practicly across the street, they may be $100 more than the $575 that I pay, but I believe it is worth it, the Four Seasons is just unacceptable for anyone unless you are a drug dealer.
