Don't move to these apartments. First of all the walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors conversation, I hear them when they have sex I hear them when they use the restroom, their music and just basically everything they do in there home. Next whatever scent your neighbors have in their home, through the vents it then becomes the scent of your home. If they smoke weed, guess what it will smell like that in your home. If they decide to cook a certain dish, guess what you will have that aroma in your home. Also be advised that security is horriable, there are always police on the property. The managers don't care who they allow to live on the property. Parking is awful.You only get a spot and most of the times someone else is parked in it and you have to park somewhere else.O yea anytime theres a problem the manages don't care, the are the type that don't want to get involved. This has been the worst place I have ever lived. These apartments are very old and need a lot of repairs done. Don't move to this apartment complex!!!!!!! Everyone pays different rent rates even if you have the same type of unit. I'm paying 500 a month, Someone three doors down from me is paying 525.00 and reading the other reviews that guy is paying 575.00. Now do you see what I mean' Run the other way!!!!
