Four Seasons has had its bad times and it used to be very out of control. The Four Seasons Apt. Managers have slowly but surely majorly improved this apartment complex. The police were usually common because they were arresting all the criminals that hung out there. The Hewitt Police Department have pretty much accomplished that and now Four Seasons is very low on crime. The managers are also becoming stricter on who they approve residency. Four Seasons Apartments is located in a Above Average Income City (Hewitt,Tx). Hewitt, Tx was rated one of the best cities in the USA!! Four Seasons is located within walking distance from school district, Banks, Gas Stations, Restraunts, Highschool Sports Complex, Oil Lube Center, and Veternarian. The Average Rent in Hewitt is about 900 per month. You can move into to Four Season for only $500-$600 per month. Four Seasons has more of the lower income family's for Hewitt. However changes have been made and are still improving. The Floor Plans are Huge!!Cold A.C.!!CLEAN POOL and Playground!!
Clean and well kept Laundry Center!! 1/3 of the Apartments are newly remoldled due to tornado damage 2 years ago. The Lawncare is nicely kept. Management is very positive and making great strides to improve. The security has improved plus the crime has decreased greatly. Four Seasons is low class for hewitt but however it would be an above average apartment right down the road in Waco.
