If you are moving to the greenspoint area there are only two apartments I would recommend and this is one of them. Ive lived at a couple different places and this is my favorite because it's kind of tucked away and small. My next door neighbor says he's been here for 10 years. I always park right in more

Nothing like before. The laundry more

I only had a few problems with other residents but when I told management about the ongoing problem and what happend they swiftly took care of the problem and the people were forced to vacate the property and trespassed! Management was always willing to work with you if you were going to be a day or two late. more

The apartments are not amazing, but generally kept up in good shape--new capet, fresh paint, clean pool.
I highly recommend these apartments for a student, or anyone who wants a great deal more
