11/26/09 by anonymous: I am very impressed with this small property. I think it only has 36 apartments and they seem to be full all the time. Nice and quite. The people are very friendly. There's a lot of families that have lived here for over 10 years, so I guess they like it here. more

07/11/14 by anonymous: I really enjoyed living here though I did have a lot of problems there, I still recommend it. The negatives -Spiders and bugs(they do regularly spray but they still got in my house quite a bit) -When I moved in, the toilet and windowsills were filthy, wish they had hired someone to clean. -The guy above me wakes me up every morning at 4:45am when he gets ready for work. I can hear him walking more

05/09/14 by justin.l.olson12@gmail.com: I just moved in a month ago! Even before I moved in my experience from the staff to my amazing apartment has been one of the best experiences ever! The staff is professional, helpful, and very all about the residents living in pleasure and style. Although, there is still construction going on I still feel that when I walk though the door I at am home. I enjoy the modern life style more

07/25/13 by anonymous: The apartments are older (80s) but still large. Grounds are nice but nothing to get excited about. VERY QUIET. Located in the back of a neighborhood. Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and more

07/25/14 by osiris3657: I lived at Mirabella Galleria for 7 months (end of 2013 through first half of 2014). I had a mixed experience. Pros -affordable, considering how close it is to the Galleria -respectful and pleasant to deal with staff at the leasing office Cons -paper thin insulation. The guy below me sang and played his piano all the time, heard it clearly. Try to avoid building 11 if you don't want to more

10/25/07 by anonymous: I posted the first review about this place in Oct 07 and I felt that I need to update it to help anybody considering moving in. You don't see a lot of reviews here about the place because its a small place, only 40 apartments, and most of them are long-term residents. I have been here for over two years now, moved from an efficiency into a 1-bedroom and love the place. The more

06/27/11 by anonymous: I've lived here for four years and would absolutely recommend it. It is quite pricey, but definitely worth it. Here's my breakdown: Pros Location: Absolutely great. Close to the med center/downtown/midtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby such as Montrose, upper Kirby, Rice Village (You can avoid highways completely during rush hour.) Could walk to the museums and Hermann more
