04/19/10 by anonymous: I love my place. I had doubts to sign a year lease without knowing this neighborhood but It seemed ok. I can proudly say that I have been here for a little over 2 years!! I love it here, the neighbors are GREAT and it is very peacefull within the complex. At first the street traffic and on/off going of Metro is a little annoying but you get use to it. This also includes the passing of police more

08/08/10 by anonymous: When I first moved into this apartment I thought it was great. It was $550/month and you just had to pay electricity. I moved in in the winter and everything was fine until the summer came. I live in an upstairs apartment and come to find out the insulation is very very minimal. My electricity bill was $168. This is for a 1 bedroom 700 sq ft apartment. Not to mention, I keep the ac at 80 more

09/27/06 by adicyber: Staying here for the 1st 7 days in Houston. Studio with queen bed. Pretty cramped place, all is packed tight, no space for your luggage. Very convenient to the Metro Rail, only 2 minutes walk. High tax (17%) on room costs. Candlewood Suites and Extended Stay Hotels do a better job in organising the room compare to this place. Staffs are polite. No dishwasher in the unit. Cooking more

01/12/09 by VolunteerJim: It is unfortunate that I must fudge some of these answers (for instance, about being a renter, etc.) in order to get this posted and set you straight about the Hospitality Apartments. The Hospitality Apartments, 46 units less than 1 year old and located one mile south of the Medical Center. They offer FREE housing of up to three months per stay for out-of area (50 or so miles from more

07/24/11 by vicgal: I live here now and find it hard to move away. The maintenance is amazing and your condo is well taken care of, trust me. I have been looking to move recently, but just cant seem to find the value I receive here anywhere else! All your utilities are paid and your car is behind a remote controlled gate and everybody knows your vehicle...once you live here, you will notice the same cars more

07/11/14 by anonymous: I really enjoyed living here though I did have a lot of problems there, I still recommend it. The negatives -Spiders and bugs(they do regularly spray but they still got in my house quite a bit) -When I moved in, the toilet and windowsills were filthy, wish they had hired someone to clean. -The guy above me wakes me up every morning at 4:45am when he gets ready for work. I can hear him walking more

07/25/13 by anonymous: The apartments are older (80s) but still large. Grounds are nice but nothing to get excited about. VERY QUIET. Located in the back of a neighborhood. Swimming pool is the only amenity but you have to pay for a pool key. Prices are great but the office manager, Larry, appears nice when trying to get you in an apt. but once in, if something breaks it is your fault, he is abrupt and more
